With two weeks notice, Airbnb tapped one of their go-to’s – us -- to plan and produce an up-leveled experience. Comfortable-meets-chic living room style space welcomed the guests of honor, engineers from /dev/color, a non-profit that aims to advance the careers of Black software engineers. The vibe was set with mood lighting, snappy saying snack bar and branded donut wall installation. The intimate gathering placed Airbnb at the center and conveyed how amazing it is to work there in a way that emotionally resonated with the constituency and left them wanting more.
